Digital Marketing Trainee 

Key Responsibilities

  • Content creation: Create marketing collateral, such as product datasheets, brochures, blog posts, and social media content (including visual mockups), that effectively communicates the product's features and benefits

  • Copywriting: Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services on channels like websites, social media, and so on

  • Social media management: Keep track of social media trends and hashtags and maintain a social media calendar.

  • Sales support: Support the sales team by creating sales enablement materials, such as sales guides, presentations, and training materials.

  • Marketing campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising. This might involve tasks like creating and maintaining social media calendars, scheduling posts, tracking campaign performance, and analyzing results.

  • A/B testing: Assist in setting up and conducting A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies, such as testing different ad headlines or email subject lines.

  • Search engine optimization (SEO): Assist in optimizing website content for search engines. This may include keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking SEO metrics.

Associate Graphic Designer 

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual assets, including social media content, marketing materials, and website graphics.

  • Create eye-catching designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

  • Utilize your expertise in Canva to design engaging social media posts, presentations, and infographics

  • Assist in the production of videos by editing footage, adding effects, and creating visually appealing motion graphics.

  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our visual identity and brand recognition.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering high-quality designs that exceed expectations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to constantly improve your design skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear and concise technical documentation, such as user manuals, product guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical specifications. This involves organizing complex information into easily understandable content.

  • Review and revise technical documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. This includes checking for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.

  • Conduct research on technical topics, products, or processes to gather accurate and up-to-date information. This may involve collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, or developers to understand complex concepts and translate them into user-friendly content.

  • Ensure that technical documents are well-structured, properly formatted, and visually appealing. This includes using appropriate headings, bullet points, diagrams, and illustrations to enhance readability and comprehension.

Content Writer

Key Responsibilities​

  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters. This involves conducting research, organizing information, and crafting compelling narratives.

  • Review and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar.

  • Understand basic principles of search engine optimization (SEO) and incorporate relevant keywords and meta tags to enhance the visibility and ranking of the content in search engine results.

  • Assist in developing content calendars and plans that align with the organization's goals and target audience.

  • Contribute to the distribution and promotion of content through social media, email marketing, and other channels. This includes writing captivating headlines, creating social media posts, and engaging with the audience.

  • Stay updated with industry best practices, new writing techniques, and emerging digital trends. This could involve reading industry blogs, attending webinars, and participating in training sessions offered by the organization.

  • Help teams with storyboard development, script writing and whiteboard animations.
